— 6'1" and lean, almost always clean shaven, with the shadow of a mustache at most. smells faintly of aromatic pipe tobacco at times. characters who are already attuned to such things - namely as signifiers that someone might not be straight - might notice that he keeps his nails cut very short. he has a new york state accent - similarish to new york city, but audibly not the same, at least to characters from the northeastern US.
— some body hair, but not tons - mostly just on his forearms and from the navel down, with minimal chest hair. he doesn't do anything with it.
— uncut, above average in a way that's generally proportional to his height, but nothing crazy.
— for penetrative sex, he's going to be pretty insistent on wearing a condom. his only sex ed has come from the military during WWII, so he has a very healthy fear of getting VD.

exactly what it says on the tin, be it flight gear or a uniform proper. if he and/or his partner are fully kitted out, it could literally just be an instance of being caught up in the moment and not wanting to wait through the 3000 step process to doff all of that gear before getting off.
